About
Hi! I am a retired veteran and a father of two grown children and is a grandfather. A little about my background - I graduated with an Associates in Electronics Technology way back in 1982, joined the Air Force where I worked as an Inertial Navigation Systems technician on the Air Force’s E-3A Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. After leaving the Air Force, I spent 2 years as a civilian electronics technician working on the Multiple Launch Rocket Systems for the U.S. Army in my hometown Camden, Arkansas where I was almost blown to smithereens when one of their rockets exploded during a accident! Two years later I joined the Army on active duty and became trained in military Satellite Communications and worked for the Army’s Space Command in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I was eventually assigned to Europe and was blessed enough to become the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) of cyber security operations for the Director of Information Management for the 39th Signal Battalion at S.H.A.P.E, Belgium. When I finally retired from the U.S. Army in 2005, I worked as a Cybersecurity Certification and Accreditation Analyst for the FBI, the Director of Information Systems Administration, the Library of Congress and the Office of Personnel Management in Washington D.C. These days I devote most of my time to my kids and love of the Native American community.
