Coordinates events such conferences, meetings, and does event planning for NADC and contracts with other organizations. Creates business for AICS through my custom Records Management Principles Contracts. Coordinates Annual Economic Development and Procurement Conference for the past 5 years here at NADC. Planning all the logistics, marketing, website design and onsite registration and also designs an app for the participants of the conference. Provides Tribes and organizations 2 day training's regarding Tribal Records Management systems. Creates contracts between other organizations to be the marketing and event coordinator. Assists NADC and AICS with Tribal Relations and assists tribes with meeting onsite here at NADC. Schedules meeting spaces with on NADC. Does community outreach with community events on behalf of NADC and AICS.
